A valid credit card with sufficient funds to cover the security deposit for all bookings must be presented. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after a traffic violation check during the rental period. Regular customers can request a refund upon checkout.

Reservations can be easily and instantly cancelled by contacting us. A full refund is available up to 6 hours before delivery. For online payments, a full refund will be issued to the same card used for booking upon cancellation. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

You must be over 21 years old to rent a car

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Customers can return the vehicle up to two hours late. A penalty fee applies for late returns between two and six hours. If the delay exceeds six hours, a full day’s rate will be charged.

Saudi citizens and residents must present their residency permit (Iqama) and a driver’s license valid for at least six months. Visitors must present their passport and an international driving permit.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when received, otherwise fees will be applied.

Additional fees apply if the car is delivered to a different branch based on the following: Free within the same city, and 300 Saudi Riyals in a different region. (VAT not included)
