You can easily book a rental car on Sahala’s digital platforms in minutes:

Select the branch and your pick-up and drop-off dates and times.

Choose your preferred car.

Add insurance or other extras such as a Bahrain driving permit (optional).

Fill in the driver’s information and contact details.

Enter your credit or debit card details on the payment page, or choose to pay in-store.

Review the details and complete your booking.

Once completed, a booking confirmation page will appear. You will also receive a confirmation message from us via email or SMS confirming that your booking was successful. If you have not yet paid for your booking, you will be asked to pay at the branch.

You can choose to pay online using a debit card or credit card, or in one of our branches by cash or card.

The cost covers the cost of using the car for 300 km per day, the cost of its maintenance, 24-hour roadside assistance, and car replacement in case of a breakdown.

Although comprehensive insurance is not included in the rental cost, third-party liability coverage is provided. A fee of between 1,500 and 3,000 riyals (depending on the vehicle category) will be charged if the driver is deemed to have caused an accident. If the accident is not due to the client’s fault, there is no liability.

Drivers must present a valid photo ID. Saudi citizens and residents must present their residency permit and driver’s license, while foreign visitors must present their passport and international driving permit.

If you choose to pay by card at the branch, you must present a personal credit card valid in the country of collection with sufficient funds to cover the security deposit. This requirement is also mandatory for drivers not registered with the “Tam” service.

At Sahalah, we adhere to the highest standards of cleaning, safety, and sanitization across our entire fleet to ensure your safe journey. Our vehicles are regularly and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with particular attention paid to high-touch areas.

The driver must obey all traffic laws and ensure they drive within the speed limits. You are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean, both inside and out, and you will be responsible for any marks, scratches, and spills.
